UI UX Design Essentials: Create a Design System in Sketch – Free Udemy Courses

In this Sketch UI/UX course we will create a Design System in Sketch App starting from scratch.

We will open up Sketch and using a blank canvas we will set up a document using color styles, text styles, and icons and briefly touch on symbols and nested symbols. We will also discuss why and when to use a design system, as well as talk through when it’s not a good idea to set up a design system.

We will end the course by mentioning some important resources (such as blog posts and famous brands’ design systems) related to design systems and discussing best practices and things to avoid.

We will do this while working for the most part on Sketch App for Mac.

To follow this design system tutorial you should ideally have a basic understanding of Sketch App and some basic design knowledge (optional).
