Description

What is Aromatherapy?

It’s a natural way of keeping your body and mind in tune using essential oils that are extracted from fragrant plant materials such as herbs, flowers, seeds, peel, and bark. A lot of plants only have a little essential oil; it accounts for only 1 to 1.5% of plants’ weight on average. Some plants produce only 0.01%, so it’s condensed and we mix it with vegetable oil for massages, salt for baths, and absolute alcohol and refined water for perfume and air freshener.

The aromas of over 200 varieties of essential oils have specific tendencies, so the point is to learn their characteristics and pick out the aroma that’s appropriate for you and suits your taste, your state of health, and your mind. There are seven types of aromas in aromatherapy: citrus, herbs, tree, flower, resin, spice, and oriental.

I think the best and easiest approach is to use them while bathing. In the bath, you’re more relaxed and in this case, you can more easily absorb the essential oil’s ingredients. At the same time, proper massage and stretching can further improve your daily discomfort. I’m going to tell you about an easy way to use them to maintain your vitality.

Let’s try them together.
