For example, when I took classes on Zoom during the pandemic back in 2020, I found out that most of my students were not paying attention to my lectures because when I asked them to recap what I taught, they could not say a word. 

Then, I contacted every single student’s guardian and asked them what was wrong. They told me that their kids were not taking the classes seriously because there would be no exams online; hence, they did not feel the need to be attentive. 

Then, I researched and found the perfect solution: I would mail the students their worksheets and lecture sheets and explain everything to them during a single online class and then give them time to study thoroughly. 

After this, I would evaluate them individually via video call. This method worked because my students became serious about their studies and started paying more attention in class.
