You’re taking a walk with me in my backyard where you will see Beauty’s early spring thaw. A little springtime stream. Apple trees evergreen trees different kinds of Papa Birch cedar I think those are the trees you will see
while learning positive self-talk and self-soothing. There are a few worksheets. You can print them out or just write them out on a sheet of paper. I like to do a feeling check-in before and after each session
