This is module 1 of my cognitive-based personal development methods course, which will be published on Udemy in May. This course is basic, very informative, and starters friendly but also practical. I offered an introduction to rational emotive behavioral therapy, one of my favorite and most frequently used modalities within psychotherapy nowadays.

This course is very concise, and practical and gives you everything you need to start finding your irrational beliefs, connecting activating events, beliefs, and consequences into conscious wholeness and start disputing those limiting beliefs from there. I gave ways and questions, ways to use almost all types of disputation in the disputation chapter.
