Description
This course is a quick and simple way to learn all the skills you need to set up and run an agile project in the JIRA software. In this course, you learn about project management methodologies, such as the Traditional/Waterfall method and the Agile method. Kanban and Scrum frameworks are also covered in more detail in the course. This helps lay out how the JIRA tool works. It then goes on to teach you how to use the JIRA software tool for modeling, planning, running, and tracking issues on your project in a hands-on way. They help students get the free cloud version of JIRA software by telling them where to go. The lessons are well-paced so that students can try out the lessons they learned in the class. Some of the lessons in this class are, but are not limited to:
- Creating and setting up Scrum and Kanban projects.
- Kanban: Setting up the Workflow.
- Exploring issues in great detail.
- Sprint: Making one
- Other things like reporting in JIRA and such
